Here is my half-marathon training schedule that I got from Hal Higdon's website.
January 11, 2009 is my week 7 Sunday run. I am actually using this as more of a guide than anything else. I don't really have access to the track and I can't run all those days do to other issues. I need/want to do some low impact exercise as well. As that is part of my journey to a marathon, I will include my progress on that as well.Tomorrow is another day...
